Brand Visibility Specialist

The role:

Our brand visibility specialists are responsible for our brand image and visibility in the township market. They create visually appealing signs, murals, boards, posters, price flashers and displays in order to make sure that our brands can be seen by township consumers. In this role you can expect to:

1. Make an allocated number of visits/calls to township outlets as per the daily and weekly call cycle
2. Complete performance reports for each outlet per visit/call
3. Implement brand visibility standards in township outlets
4. Write and paint indoor and outdoor signs
5. Build brand displays for all point-of-sale equipment, particularly on fridge tops
6. Ensure that price flashers have correct product prices
7. Manage the relationship with township business owners to ensure they are happy with signs, displays and other visual material
8. Educate outlet owners on how to market brands using visual display and merchandising
9. Maintain the standards of the brand visibility plan in outlets by implementing merchandising and product display solutions
10. Maintain brand quality and image on all merchandising material as well as point-of-sale equipment
11. Monitor competitors visual merchandising, displays and signs to learn what they are doing in the township market
12. Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility for our brands.

Requirements:

You will have completed grade 12 or above at school and have at least 1 year of experience of signwriting in an FMCG environment. You will have proven artistic skill in both painting and signwriting and will know how to write signs in both paint and pen. You will know how to build displays in township outlets.
